Some places never let you go. For me, that place is Ibiza. I have been coming to the island since I was born, and for almost twenty years it has been my home. Long before Happinez Ibiza existed, I was already collecting: on my travels I could never resist a beautiful lamp, a hand-woven basket or a piece with a story behind it, and slowly my home filled with treasures from far-off places. Friends would ask where I had found them. That curiosity, and a deep love for interiors, was the seed from which Happinez Ibiza grew.
The beginning
From a personal passion to an Ibiza furniture store
What started as a personal passion became a way of life. I wanted to capture the feeling of the island: the calm, the light, the natural beauty, the easy rhythm of outdoor living, and translate it into something you can bring into your own home. That is still what drives me today. Our style is a blend of Ibiza, boho and vintage, with influences from Bali, Morocco and the Middle East: warm, natural and unmistakably island.
Today Happinez Ibiza is both a much-loved furniture store in San José and an online shop, so you can discover our island style whether you are here on the island or browsing from home.
Craft
Chosen by hand, made to last
Every piece in our collection is chosen by hand. We travel to find our furniture ourselves, working with the same trusted suppliers we have known for years, many of them small family businesses where craftsmanship and personal relationships still come first.
We choose natural materials such as wood, rattan and jute, and we look for character above all: the marks, the irregularities, the sense that something was made by a person rather than a machine. From a statement Ibiza-style lamp to a solid bed or a dining table built to gather around, it is the opposite of mass production, and that is exactly the point.
More than furniture
A feeling of home
Happinez Ibiza has never really been about furniture alone. It is about warmth, connection and the feeling of coming home, the small details that turn a house into a home. People walk into our showroom and feel something shift: the atmosphere, the calm, the sense of being somewhere special. That feeling is what we are truly about.

The studio
Interior design across the island
Over the years, that has grown into much more than a shop. As an interior design studio on Ibiza, we create complete interiors for villas, holiday homes and restaurants across the island, guiding each project from first idea to final styling.
For owners who live elsewhere, we take the work off their hands entirely, from design through to delivery, so they can arrange everything from a distance and simply arrive to a home that already feels like theirs. Helping people relax and enjoy their space, indoors and out, is the part of the work I love most.
